Reverse engineering and precision manufacture of the oil cooler drive pulley and shaft assembly for the GE Frame 5 gas turbine, enabling local replacement of a critical imported drive component.
The timing pulley features precision-machined helical teeth with tight pitch accuracy to ensure smooth, vibration-free belt drive transmission within the oil cooler auxiliary circuit.
Shaft manufactured to tight runout tolerances with precision-ground bearing seats, ensuring correct alignment, balanced rotation, and compatibility with existing frame mounting interfaces.
Both the pulley and shaft were subjected to full dimensional inspection, surface finish analysis, and material certification review prior to delivery — meeting the operational requirements of GASCO.
