Design and precision manufacture of a complete set of compressor assembly guides for the GE gas turbine, engineered to ensure accurate alignment and safe fit-up of the upper and lower compressor casing halves during overhaul.
Each guide rod is precision-turned and ground to tight diameter and straightness tolerances, with polished tip profiles designed to pilot the casing halves smoothly without risk of scoring the parting-face sealing surfaces.
Guide rods supplied in two lengths — long insertion guides for initial engagement and short alignment pins for final positioning — delivered as a complete matched set in a purpose-built wooden storage case.
All components reverse-engineered from OEM reference specimens and verified by dimensional inspection against original drawing tolerances. Material certification provided for all guide rod steel stock.
