Structural frames fabricated from heavy-gauge structural steel plate and section, with full-penetration welded joints, ground flat base plates, and integrated forklift pockets for safe repositioning.
Designed to accommodate the full rotor weight under both static and dynamic handling conditions, with generous safety factors verified through structural load analysis prior to fabrication.
Finished with high-visibility industrial yellow paint for workplace safety compliance. Delivered as a matched set and successfully deployed at GASCO facilities for scheduled turbine overhaul campaigns.
